BURSARY DESCRIPTION 

Students who want to attend or are already enrolled in universities or universities of technology are eligible for the ALSA bursary program. Institutions within South Africa's borders must carry out studies. 

Candidates must be thinking about obtaining degrees in one of the following disciplines of study:

  • Civil Engineering 
  • Construction and Building Management
  • Surveying
  • Quantity Surveying

ABOUT THE BURSARY

In two service categories, namely construction services and planning and engineering services, ASLA offers construction solutions. This enables the business to serve its clients by offering creative ideas and building solutions, carrying out projects from conception to final disposition. 

By supporting a number of local organizations, ASLA works closely with communities to offer assistance. The business stays loyal to its objective of successfully managing all of its projects by utilizing its enormous resources, in-depth expertise, and talents.

BURSARY CRITERIA

To submit your application for funding of your studies to ASLA you must satisfy yourself that you do meet their requirements. They are as follows:

  • You must be pursuing undergraduate studies
  • Be a South Africa citizen
  • Be enrolled in a recognized institution of higher learning
  • Pursue studies falling under construction field of study
  • Demonstrate strong academic capabilities

HOW TO APPLY

Bursary application forms may be obtained by providing your basic information and a brief CV on ASLA bursary application page.  If you have been screened you will receive an invitation to apply for the bursary programme. 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

You are required to submit supporting documents to help ASLA assess your application. These documents must be uploaded on the application page. 

These are:

  • Your latest Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Certified copy of your ID
  • ID photo
  • Full academic record printed on the letterhead of the institution
