RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will experience the following areas as a result of the internship:
- General Administrative Functions
- Construct documents
- Gather data for the compilation of reports
- Gather the documents needed for meetings and other official departmental activities.
- Distribute necessary data and documentation throughout the division and maintain correct records of it.
- Obtain and provide information and documentation to departmental recipients who need it.
- Create and maintain a proper file system to enable timely and accurate information retrieval.
- Documents should be screened, classified, and stored for simple access and tracking.
- Organize departmental events and gatherings.
- Recruiting’s administrative needs should be supported.
- Create and distribute meeting minutes for your department.
- When necessary, arrange for candidates’ travel-related needs.
- Management of the Office and Stakeholders
- Oversee the stock control for all consumables and communicate with the procurement department.
- Plan the department’s asset requests, their delivery, distribution, and administration.
- Track and monitor project progress, and create reports about it.
- Deal with telephonic, written, or personal exchanges right away.
RECRUITMENT
- Assemble the paperwork needed for hiring
- Coordinate interviews
- Verifying credentials and investigating history
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12, with an HR qualification
- HR or Social Science degree
