OBJECTIVE
- To help the business with quality assurance services so that the goods produced by the company are suitable for consumer usage in accordance with Company’s requirements and standards.
- To promote a culture of zero defects throughout the company.
DUTIES
OPERATIONAL
- To find product quality problems, conduct online troubleshooting. If quality problems are found, generate an NCA.
- Retention samples that are older than the stated retention period plus one month should be discarded during monthly checks.
- Within the retention storage section, maintain a five-second environment.
- Participate in tasting panels as an authorized taster and decide whether to accept or reject products. Smoking is prohibited due of the detrimental impact it has on sensory evaluation, a crucial aspect of the job.
- Getting samples out of the retention location, setting them up against a sample of customer complaints, and getting all the forms ready for examination.
- Assessing customer complaints in accordance with standards and producing evaluation records.
- Prepare and prepare reports on complaints that have been investigated for the consumer services team.
- CRQS data review, SAP data entry, and trend and analysis reports.
- Analyzing and trending CRQS EOLAS reports
- To achieve zero defects, lead problem-solving kaizens are derived from the Q prioritizing matrix
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Daily completion of
all the reports and forms indicated below
- Generation of NCAs and
the retention sample register.
- Reporting
consumer/customer complaints on a weekly basis
- Every two months,
kaizen reviews and documentation archiving have to be done.
- Ensure that
information about non-conformance is logged and resolved by interacting
with QC technicians.
- Communicate quality
issues discovered throughout the packing process with production (during
shift handovers)
- Run all investigations
for consumer and customer complaints and produce reports for CEC input.
REQUIREMENTS
- N.Dip or
degree in microbiology, biotechnology, or food technology completed
- working
familiarity with GMPs and HACCP.
- Working
knowledge of OHS regulations and safe work practices.
- a
capacity for information and data analysis.
